The vision for Spikenard Partners, a firm of lawyers, was conceived sometime in 1999 by Tochukwu Nwazota. The firm was given life in 2007 upon incorporation. TOCHUKWU T. NWAZOTA
the principal partner, is a corporate, financial services, tax, insurance, construction and real estate, private equity services practitioner in Nigeria. He has solid experience in these areas of practice particularly in the regulation, practice and procedure, conflict and dispute resolution and litigations. He has participated in several contentious cases. He also was involved in drafting a bill for the National Assembly in 2005. He was a faculty for the Economic Community of West African States training for lawyers of the ECOWAS court on practice of the Regional Court. He is a member of Nigeria Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
VALENTIVE OFFIA
is well grounded and versed in commercial, corporate, criminal, government and governmental agency relations and matters. He has participated in several land mark cases in the field of constitutional law, political cases, real estate and construction. He has acted for individuals, civil society groups and governments. He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
CHUKWUDI EMETER
specializes in telecommunication and information technology law and practice. He is an expert in regulation of practice in telecommunication and information technology. He was a faculty for the Economic Community of West African States trainings and seminars on the practice of the Regional Courts and the enforcement of the judgments and pronouncements of the Regional Court as it affects persons and governments. He is a solicitor for England and Wales. A member of Nigerian Bar Association and International Bar Association.
UCHENNA ALPHONSUS OBINEWU
practices with the firm’s corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisition, real estate and construction, conveyance team. He is versed in private equity, nongovernmental and governmental agencies legal matters. He has been involved in several land mark cases in civil and criminal jurisdiction. He holds a masters degree in law. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Bar Association.
